Decoding the T3 series

There are eight disks in the T3 series, and I’ve now described all of them. After decoding the symbols, using the Utopian Alphabet key, and flipping the lines vertically or horizontally, as necessary, here is the text of all the disks:

There are some duplications ā€” I think this is because we were originally supposed to make rubbings of the disks and then assemble them in a 3D sculpture, such that the duplicate phrases lined up. So, after removing duplicate phrases, the most plausible configuration of the remaining phrases I could find is this:

[L]ungs never full ensnare us in time's eight piece cage/
Entropy's aim shoots leptons in dancing cycles of light/
Nations reach out [...]

and the T1 series of disks holds this text:

Measure every heart beat to count out our life's score 
Is "time

which leaves us with a cliff-hanger (of sorts).
