Here’s another disk from the T3 series, the series dedicated to the 7 (8) Ages of Man, and this one is Shakespeare’s fifth age, so number 6 in the modified numbering sequence used by the Time Trail (1:baby, 2:infant, 3:schoolchild, 4:lover, 5:soldier, 6:justice). It’s “the justice”:

And then the justice In fair round belly, with good capon lin'd, With eyes severe, and beard of formal cut, Full of wise saws, and modern instances, And so he plays his part.
There’s some traces of justice here – the figure at the top is Justitia or Lady Justice, the Roman goddess of Justice, an allegorical personification of the moral force in judicial systems. The most familiar example of this statue in England is on top of the Old Bailey Law Courts, in London.
The laptop and mobile phone take centre stage here (“modern instances”?). The mobile phone sports a small aerial, which dates it to the beginning of the decade of the mobile. On the laptop’s screen is a pound sign (£) and what might be a castle rook in chess (♖). These are presumably references to wealth and security.
The wine glass hints at the idea of well-fed, I think that’s what “good capon lin’d” means – fat because the justice eats a lot of chicken…
In the left corner are some symbols taken from a travel agent’s brochure – yachts and planes similarly referring to the good life. Just above this is a weird cut-off shape of something — I can’t even guess what it’s supposed to be.
In the small triangle at the top right are the letters “Ar”. This would be a reference to Argon. Argon is the third most common gas in the Earth’s atmosphere (after Oxygen and Nitrogen), at nearly 1%.
Now for the coded symbols around the edges, which we can decode using the Utopian alphabet, as usual.
e n t r o p y ' s (flipped horizontally)
c l e s o f l i g (flipped horizontally)
h t / n a t i o n
So something like:
entropy's [....cir]cles of light] nation ...
Next job, to consider the 8 disks of the T3 series and see what they’re saying.
